Dylan is a NYC-based director, editor, and motion graphics artist. He studied at NYU Tisch Film School and spent the years since creating video content for brands like Ann Taylor, Johnson and Johnson, IBM, Berlitz, RR Donnelley and Vogue.
In addition to commercial content, Dylan has created award-winning projects in diverse fields. In 2013, his non-fiction book about dreams was published, co-authored with two friends. It has since been published in eleven languages and is on its forth printing. Dylan and his two partners initially raised $27k for the project on Kicktarter.com by launching a social media campaign that included videos created by Dylan. The three authors wrote, designed and marketed A Field Guide to Lucid Dreaming. The book is now an Indie Bestseller and has been featured on Oprah.com, iTunes, and in Men's Fitness Magazine.
A feature screenplay that Dylan wrote in 2007 won a $10,000 award from the Sloan Foundation. His short film Omie Wise has garnered respect from film festivals across the country, and has won awards at the Las Vegas Film Festival and the First Run Film Festival. In 2011, his music video Bowery and Bleecker won first place in a contest at the NYC radio station RXP, securing a studio recording deal for the band. In 2016, Dylan filmed a rare interview of former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger for the French American Foundation.
